Pay: $18–$25 per Hour plus Tips and Mileage.

Required for Success in This Role
✔ Comfortable speaking, reading, and understanding English

What You'll Do
• Perform detailed residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing
• Create clean, comfortable, and welcoming homes for clients
• Handle client belongings with care and respect
• Communicate professionally with clients and management when needed
• Maintain high quality standards in every home
• Represent BritLin Cleaning with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
• Residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, hospitality, caregiving, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable personal vehicle with active insurance
• Valid driver's license
• Smartphone with GPS and active phone service
• Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks

We help people going through cancer treatment through our "Cleaning for a Reason" program so that patients can focus on healing and spending time with loved ones.
